A fixed additional charge of USD 20 per day will apply and must be paid before check-in. This amount must be accepted through the platform or paid using the methods provided by the host prior to arrival.

The host will manage the recharge of the prepaid electricity service once payment has been received.

Electricity service will not be activated, and access codes will not be provided until the payment has been completed.

This amount is not calculated based on the exact kWh consumption, but rather represents an estimated average based on the typical usage of our guests. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued if the final consumption is lower than the estimate.

• No additional charges will be applied if consumption exceeds the estimate.

By confirming this reservation, the guest explicitly agrees to these conditions and waives any claim or refund request related to the prepaid electricity system.

In the lock box on the rooftop you'll find a key to access the private roof top area.

Please make sure to return the key to the lock box after every use.

In case it gets lost, a replacement fee of USD 30 will be charged.
