Cancellation Policy
At SuperHost DR we want you to book with confidence. The following policy applies to all short-term reservations made directly on this website, unless a different policy is shown at checkout.
Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total reservation amount is charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% is charged automatically 14 days before arrival.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival are charged in full at the time of booking.
Guest Cancellations
| 14 days or more before arrival | 100% refund of the amount paid |
| 7 to 13 days before arrival | 50% refund of the amount paid |
| Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show | No refund |
Days are counted until the check-in date at 3:00 PM (Dominican Republic time). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Early departures are not refunded.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is pre-authorized on the guest's credit card before arrival. The hold is released after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages, missing items or extra cleaning are found.
Changes to Your Reservation
Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences. Please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations by SuperHost DR
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a comparable alternative property.
How to Cancel
Send your request with your reservation number to [email protected] or by WhatsApp to +1 809 299 9868. The date we receive your written request is the cancellation date.
Reservations made through other platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.) follow the cancellation policy of that platform.
